Pyeongtaek Festival fanpics on October 1st. Pyeongtaek is a port city and home to the Korean Navy. Two events on the same day (plus TBS Happy Concert in Seoul). Hyoyeon was having a cold (take care!) and Taeyeon seemed a bit tired too.
